"Absolutely appalling service, check in was a debacle, waiting on the phone for three hours, four different people, was asked to call THEM back on two occasions between being put on hold. Eventually sorted out a room, stains on bed, cigarette burns everywhere on the floor. Required help from the on site cleaner to acquire toilet paper. Was the most atrocious accommodation experience I've ever had."
