Historic Glen Lake Cottage with Private Waterfront Access

"We were a group of 4 adults, ages 19-72 and we all loved the property! It was cozy, clean and perfect for a week up north. The bedding and towels (and beach towels) were wonderful, and we appreciated all the nice touches like having plenty of coffee, paper products, soaps, etc. We prepared most of our meals in the adorable kitchen, and it had everything we needed. The proximity to Glen Arbor and all the beauty of Sleeping Bear Dunes and the Leelanau peninsula made this an ideal locationl Cindy is a wonderful host and we thoroughly loved our stay. Thank you!"

"Would highly recommend. This house was clean and spacious. Lots of beds and individual rooms for all the guest. Great space outside with gas fire pit, seating area, yard games and hot tub. Deer walked through the back yard every day multiple times even if we were outside. The kitchen had tons of space and was supplied with all the kitchen amenities a family would need. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the living room space was also great. We Went to the beach and kayaking while we stayed there but there was so much more to do in that area that we didn’t have time for. The host was very good at communication before and during our stay. This rental process is was very smooth for us I would recommend this house to anybody and we have already discussed coming back up here."

The cabin’s location allowed us to enjoy evening bonfires, and morning walks on the dock It was a perfect setting!"

"Beautiful and great space for our children and grandchildren. The two large family rooms were perfect and the well equipped large kitchen worked very efficiently . We loved being close to Glen Arbor and Empire for all our hiking and appreciated the dock for renting Kayaks and a pontoon boat and the great paddleboards and toys stocked in the garage. The shaded large lawn near the dock was fantastic and just realize that you have to cross the road. We love what the owners have done to their property.KB"
