"The condo was the perfect location for exploring the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and surrounding area. It was immaculate and had many amenities (plenty of beach towels, chairs, and a beautiful deck from which to watch the sunset."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo had all the necessary things to make the stay comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and everything functioned properly. I would stay again but thankfully the temperature was cooler as there is no air conditioning. Also a suggestion if possible, better bathroom ventilation - the fan light combo does very little to pull moisture from the room."

"We highly recommend staying here, it’s well stocked, cozy, immaculate and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. It’s close to everything, including downtown Glen Arbor, the Crystal River, beaches, Sleeping Bear National Park and much more. There are hiking/biking trails near by as well. Whether you want to sit on the deck and read a book, have leisurely coffee before starting your adventures or enjoy watching a movie when you return from your adventures, this super cozy condo never disappoints! We love this place and will be back!"

Keegan responded quickly and personally resolved the issue on site. As we have rented various condos and homes annually for the last ten years, Beth and Keegan are the most responsible and personable hosts we have encountered. They made all the difference."

"We spent a week here. Family of four with 2 boys. Place was close to town and had everything we needed for a week long adventure. Walkable to the beach was great for a good beach day or sunset. The boys loved the lifted bunk bed setup. We would stay here again!"

"The property at Hawk's Nest 5 in Glen Arbor was as pictured online. It was perfect for my husband and I for our 6-night stay during July 2026. Great layout/use of space. Entryway was thoughtfully planned & practical; we appreciated the multiple hooks near the door, the shoe tray, and the "drop spot" for keys, etc. Kitchen is narrow, but there is plenty of counter space, and it had what we needed (we didn't cook any meals, though - just breakfast). We enjoyed the private deck (you can't be seen, but possibly overheard?) - good breeze and lovely birdsong. Bed was comfortable and there were nightstands w lamps on each side. BR closet for hanging clothes, but no dresser other than a small TV cabinet with one drawer. We made it work. Overall, a nice property that's quiet and well located for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes Lakeshore, and the Leland/Northport area. Would stay again!"
