"dirty elevator wad down. Toilet woyld not flush. Shower looks as though nevetlr cleaned. Convention going on below our room so loueld could hear through floor. Will never stay again."

"When I got there, the staffing was very polite, but I was notified that my room is on the fifth floor. The elevator is broken so I had to climb up the steps as I’m walking through the hallway to get to the steps. A nasty smell is coming from somewhere in the hallway then I get to the staircase and there’s cigarette buds mud, ripped up Amazon packages in the hallway just smelled really nasty as I get to the fifth floor a stronger nasty smell like mold as I get to the room and everything was okay I checked the bed. Everything was good up until I got to the towels and they had brown stains on them. There was a hole in the bedsheet. Then at 7:30 in the morning there’s construction going on in the room next to us. "

"Charming spot and the valet and front desk team were lovely. However, our room smelled musty and there was no hand soap in the bathroom requiring us to pump body wash from the shower every time we washed our hands "

"Hotel is located in a great walkable community. The desk staff took about 10 minutes to show up for my check in after another member of staff told them I was waiting. The room was adequate but the topsheets were ripped and the bathroom was not the cleanest. Valet parking through electronic notification still took almost 28 minutes to get my car and not because it was in the system, it was because I complained. when the car was brought around, I was handed my keys and told the car was up the street and i could find it. Open space right in front of the door. Expensive price and the negatives outweighing the positives, I would say there are other better options. Oh yeah they had cookies at the desk but you get charged up the wazoo for everything else. Will not stay again!"

"The staff went above to accommodate our needs. Extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good with a few options. We did not have the opportunity to utilize the pool, workout room or any buisness options available. I would definitely stay here again."
