"I can’t say enough great things about this place. I booked three nights originally and ended up staying an extra night, the location is central to most places, stores, restaurants etc. It’s right on the beach, which I love.
There were breakfast snacks in the kitchen area every morning and happy hour at 4 every evening. Even with other visitors, we never heard them moving throughout the house so each suite has its privacy.
It was clean and all amenities were provided. I would recommend this...
"My family and I stayed at this property and really enjoyed ourselves. I think our favorite parts of our stay were the screened in porch and the hassle free walk to the beach. Unfortunately one of our days got rained out but we felt safe and comfortable inside of the house. "

"Great beach access for the money! Wright Bros. Monument is 2 blocks away but not walkable-- the highway can't be safely crossed on foot. Also, a car is necessary to get to restaurants and other places of interest, though they are near enough. A thoroughly enjoyable stay!"

"The room was perfect for us. Everything was clean and tidy. The walk to the ocean was very easy just up a couple steps to the deck and out to the dunes. Beautiful views from the deck closest to the beach. We are definitely planning another long weekend stay. Although we didn’t meet with the host because of our schedule differences, they were absolutely wonderful people. We talked to Carol Ann several times by phone and text. Thanks again for the wine and free breakfast. I recommend this rental to anyone and we will for sure be back. "
"It was very interesting. It’s a big house with different rooms. We all share the kitchen, living room, laundry room, pool and deck area. Overall it was pretty good. One thing that did irritated go get it brought our dog and all you can hear is another dog barking 85% of the time.!"

"We absolutely loved our stay at The Roaring 20’s!! This historic house was right up close to the beach and Avalon pier. We were down there the week of 4th of July, so it was easy just to go out the back door and watch the fireworks they set off at the pier. It was pretty clean. There was enough space for all 7 of us plus the dogs. The bathroom that was at the bottom of the stairs is a little tight, especially the shower, but we made due. Everything was in working order. It is just sad that the dune has gotten so close to the house and taken over the entire underneath. I bet it was awesome in its glory days! Thank you for letting us stay! We would DEFINITELY book again!"
