"The room was very nice, there was adequate parking. The breakfast was very good. The staff on reception were very polite and helpful. The room was cleaned every day. The restaurant manager was very unhelpful and rude when we had an issue with our bill, she wouldn't acknowledge us and kept sending us back and forth via waitresses to try and resolve this. The next morning the manager on reception sorted it no problem and was very helpful. One of the waitresses took our drinks order and came back twice to ask us what we had ordered as she had forgot, then didn't get our food order right and had to be corrected."
