"Good value on my rate and location was convenient. Room small but comfortable and had what I needed. Very limited interactions with staff but they were pleasant when I spoke to them. Very pleased overall. "

"Hotel very convenient for bus station and entertainment venues such as the Pavilion, the Royal concert Hall, and the Theatre Royal. Enjoyed the quirky decor and the appearance of the hotel inside. Staff were helpful at check-in and in the bar.The room would have benefited from having tea making facilities in it, and there wasn’t even a plastic cup to be able to have a drink of water, so I feel that could’ve been improved."
