"Friendly service and cleaning was really good. However, we had room appliances that got written up for repair to when we checked out. No worries from us. But I can highly recommend the place. The hotel is outside Naples and a lovely quiet area with fields next to it. Really lovely place. However, it would be nice to have a shuttle bus to Naples or a beach as parking in downtown Naples is a nightmare."

"We were on adventure through the South and had to stop for over night close to Naples. This is 4* hotel. The building is undergoing refurburishment and scaffolding is all over the building. We arrived around 10pm and we were greeted coldly-could be the language barrier? Then the shock that very loud music being broadcasted on all floors which wasn't switched off until we called the receptionist to do so. "The place itself was nice and maintained but the culture of the staff were low on hospitality. When we arrived one of the men behind the desk was arguing with a customer very loudly. While the customer might have been difficult, he should not have been raising his voice so loud. My husband went to the restaurant for breakfast and was completely ignored by the staff. He was not acknowledged and they even looked the other way when passing his table. They were too busy talking with one another. Overall the staff lacked a culture of hospitality that should have been present, especially for a higher end hotel. Extremely disappointing."
