"Brilliant hotel location with gated parking (entrance is around the corner from the hotel). Nice outdoor courtyard and indoor bar area. Room wasn’t quite ready when we arrived at 3pm, but we didn’t have to wait too long for it, and the receptionist was very apologetic. Room had a sofa, which is always nice to have. You have to pre-book the parking space at Hotel Acacia, and (within 24 hours of arrival) register your vehicle for access to Bruges Old Town, otherwise you risk a fine for daytime...

"The hotel is very close to the train station, about 5 min walk. It is about 15 to 20 min walk to the city center. A bit inconvenient at night as there are no stores or restaurants nearby. It's next to the parking lot and train station, did not feel too safe since it was very quiet. The rooms are nice but there are no doors to the shower and tub area, which I found very inconvenient and uncomfortable as I travelled with family. "
