We had a pleasant stay it was in a good location. The rooms were very clean and the service was excellent. The outdoor pool was lovely. Indoor was under repairs I’m sure when it’s up and running it will be lovely as well.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Very pretty. If we ever go back to Japan we'd stay there again. The beds are harder so we were worried about not sleeping well, but we actually slept better than on our own bed which is softer.

Laguna Garden Hotel is not near many restaurants or shops. Needed to rent a car to get around. Room is large. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. Not very many electrical outlets in room. Bathroom is small. Pool and public bath are nice.

The property is dated and the mattress was very firm. It seemed more like a box spring than a mattress. The outdoor pool was only available from 8 a.m.-6 p.m. this was very inconvenient especially if you wanted to go for an early morning swim or an evening swim after a long day out in the heat. The breakfast buffet was delicious however, the other options for meals, the remainder of the day were very limited in the bar was only open on Fridays and Saturdays. The hotel should consider more food options and bar options during the week for hotel guests.

ホテルスタッフの接客がとても親切で感じが良かったです。 設備は少々歴史を感じますが、清潔感はあり利用して良かったと思います。 ただ、和食レストランで朝食をとった時、石垣の様なインテリアがテーブルより出っ張っていて足をぶつけて、爪を割ってしまいました。 その時には直接指摘はしませんでしたが、他の方がケガをしない様に、注意喚起があるといいと思いました。
