Gulfside Getaway - Newly renovated waterfront 3-bedroom w/dock in Port Richey

Experience Port Richey like a local in this 3-bedroom house. Located on a canal for access to new floating dock for boat/kayaking. Walking distance to beach restaurants and bars. 15 minutes to beach. 50 minutes to Tampa airport. Disney 1.5 hours. Screened in porch includes a table and bbq grill for outdoor cooking. Kayaks (1- 2person and 3 single), fishing poles, BBQ grill, and outdoor chairs available. The property has plenty of outside space with room to play in fenced in backyard. No steps or stairs anywhere! Conveniently located just north of Tarpon Springs, home of the world-famous Sponge Docks, a short drive to the popular Clearwater Beach and short 30 miles to Busch Gardens Theme Park. This fantastic property offers a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed, and full bed to accommodate all guests comfortably. With amenities like WiFi, 2 full remote work desk, AC, heating, iron, washing machine, and dryer, your stay will be terrific. The 2 bathrooms come equipped with a hair dryer, (1) bathtub, and shower for your convenience. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Port Richey.
Werner-Boyce Salt Spring State park is a 2 min drive, or accessible via Kayak just around the corner. Amazing flats fishing and gulf access thru our canal (shallow draft required). We have 3 neighborhood parks walking distance. Convenient Shopping and grocery 2 min away.
