"I arrived to the pool extremely cold, was expecting it to be heated as in the description. Communicating with the manager was easy but the pool took over 24 hours to be warm. I booked for a two day getaway with my wife but was always disturbed with people trying to fix the heater for the pool. Smartlock locked on us and we had to wait outside for over an hour and still paid the guy who came with a spare key 1000 LE to come and open for us. First day was horrible but after was very enjoyable....

"Brilliant villa with immaculate pool and gardens. Private access to lagoon right behind the garden gives a very different dimension to the stay. Fully private and quiet yet close to downtown hub of El Gouna. The owner is highly efficient and supportive answering numerous questions prior to our stay and helped with car-hire etc, over and above expectations. Will almost certainly return soon."

"This wonderful villa is even better in real life than in the pictures. The facilities are great and the kitchen well equipped. It is perfectly located a short walk (10 minutes) from Abu Tig Marina. The pool is amazing and the location is very quiet. The owner is super responsive and helpful. "

Not only did he insult the family helper but also my mother in law! The broker informed us that we will have to pay for the electricity bill although it’s not even mentioned in the policy. "We loved our stay at the villa. We especially enjoyed the private heated pool. When we arrived we got a complimentary welcome package with fruit and lots of water, which was great We rented a golf cart for our stay, which made it easy to do some shopping. The drive to the restaurants and supermarket is about 8 minutes each way. We also ordered food from the city using the app the owner suggested. It takes a while, but we got our food :D Uber works in the area, but the drivers sometimes come...
