"I make frequent trips to the area for wildlife photography, this one for the Biggest Week. I have stayed at a variety of VRBOs located at the Green Cove Resort. This has been the best and most cleanly one yet. Check in is easy and the hosts have provided everything you could need from snacks and bottled water to keurig coffees, condiments, board games and more. Will definitely return for future trips if available!"

"The condo is in a great location with a lovely little community surrounding it. The pool was perfect, clean and usually not too busy or crowded. It is a nice place to unwind after exploring the area. The host was great with getting us all set in a timely manner. We enjoyed our time there very much."

"I love this property because it is overlooking a pond, and we had trumpeter swan friends! Just a few small things, i wish there was a full length mirror somewhere, and maybe a coat hanger. Also, there was a downstairs neighbor that was kinda hateful! The owners of this property though are very responsive and want to help with anything! They provided snacks also! Highly recommend :)"

"This condo is perfectly situated for birding at Magee Marsh and other local birding hotspots. They have thought of everything for your getaway. They furnish just about everything you will need including laundry detergent. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. The screened in balcony is nice to sit on in the morning or evening. The view of the sunset is beautiful. I’ll be back again next year. Thanks for a wonderful stay."

"Been staying in Lisa’s condos now for about 4years and can’t think of another place I wish to stay when going to the lake to visit. If there’s a problem she’s on it, always asking that everything is fine and if you need anything to let her know. Highly recommend"

"This place was absolutely PERFECT!!! We travel a lot for my Son's Travel Baseball Team ... and this was, vy far, one of the quaintest places we have stayed - BY FAR, 12 out of 10!!!! The rates were low and we got everything that was advertised and then some!!! Shower stall was pretty small, but that was manageable!! BY FAR - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!"

"The apartment was clean and comfortable. It was supplied with every essential one would need. Cleanliness was excellent and all rooms were furnished with beautiful decor and clean linens. My favorite part was the washer and dryer. We were able to do laundry and not look for a local laundromat. As soon as we entered the apartment, we were greeted with a soothing song and it just made it so inviting. Excellent experience. Many thanks to Lisa for the beautiful place."

"My family and I had a great time at the condo. Everything was as described in the listing and the place was very clean and well maintained. We loved having our boat just steps out the back door. Definitely bring bug spray, the mosquitoes are active being right next to the water. We lost power the morning of our last day which made checking out a little hectic but all in all a very nice stay at Laura’s condo. We would stay again. Also, the neighbors are very friendly as well. We came with family to be in the path of totality for the solar eclipse and had everything we needed, wide open space off the back patio. Not much to see in Perrysburg but a cute and surprisingly busy downtown community. The property is on a main highway so it was a bit noisy.
