"Very welcoming when I arrived, I went to my room and it was next to the lifts, I rang down straight away and asked if it was possible to change rooms because of the noise, I was asked to go back to reception. I was upgraded to a bigger room and had a beautiful view of The Rock. "Great hotel. Efficient and pleasant staff. Free parking. Good location. Only issue we had. Don't get Room 122 unless you are really short or do not like sitting on a toilet.
