The whole experience at E1 Suites and Spa was perfect, from the check-in to the Spa and the food at the restaurant in the lobby. The room was clean and perfectly stocked with all the amenities you'd need and expect from a studio apartment.

All was 5 star, except the Air Conditioning. It's been my second stay in the last 2 months, so I'm comparing 2 different rooms, however, there was a common problem. The air velocity was far too hign making the rooms uncomfortable. The primary air is delivered to each room at a far too high velocity above the area of the windows. There is then a sceondary system giving some room by room options. If you put your own room system off it does nothing to the primary air delivery. I was so pleased to get home last night and not feel cold in bed. I'm sure many other people will have noticed this and have experienced discomfort. It's a shame that such a basic problem overshadowed a wonderful venue. I will not visit again until the owners do someting to resolve, so I suppose my vote is underwhelming.

Absolutely amazing apartment!! Fabulous location only 10 minutes walk from Ocean Village and 5 to Main Street/Casemates. Quality furnishings, towels and furniture. Exceptionally clean with air conditioning. Provided with quality towels (including pool), toiletries, washing up liquid, toilet roll etc. Washing machine and dishwasher available with full size fridge freezer. Online pictures are representative of exactly what you get. 2 mins away from Morrisons. The staff were on hand and contactable via Whatsapp and in the onsite office. Would highly recommend this apartment
