"The staff are very helpful and good in service. When I arrived at quite late at night and all my credit cards from Japan cannot be charged, plus I don't have enough cash. When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly.     "The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."
