the hotel may be a little old now I assume, there were some flaws in the room, but everything was kept clean most of the time (on one of the towels were a few stains), the staff was very friendly and the hotel is very close to a metro station, which helps exploring the city

I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time I’ve been truly touched by the level of service. The staff were incredibly thoughtful and caring, which made my whole trip feel warm and welcoming. The hotel was very convenient to reach by public transportation, and I really appreciated how safely they handled my luggage. The amenities and room condition were spotless and well-organized. This hotel left such a lasting impression on me — I was genuinely moved.

Extreme hard bed, worst sleep I’ve had. Warm floor heating (25C) that’s centrally controlled. Airconditioning didnt help. Room is not logical, wasted space. Black fungus on the windows. Cracks in the flooring, and the wallpaper on the ceiling was tearing

Coming from the states, we are so glad we stayed here. We were looking for a local hotel and not a big name hotel. This was perfect. The people who work here are so helpful. We needed to wash clothes and used our Papago App translator for all the signs (A must have in Korea for English speakers). The hotel is so clean and you don’t need to bring basic toiletries b/c they have them in your room, even skin care. We walked to the shopping area with street food several times and went there for night life experience too. We went to the seafood restaurant diagonally across from the hotel (as a recommendation by the front desk when we asked for “local restaurant.” It was quite the traditional sashimi experience we never had before so it was fun to taste if you are adventurous (which we were open to trying.) I hope you’ll give it a try. Also Taxi into Haeundae Beach, see Busan’s famous temple, go to the village with all the colorful houses, eat at Busan’s fish market and sit at Jacky’s table where Moosaf speaks English and is nice as can be. Jacky and his mom do all the delicious cooking, picked our king crab for us too and made the best fried shrimp we ever had. All the fixins were a nice touch. We were really happy with our entire visit to Busan. Btw, use the Papago App translator and Naver Map app to copy and paste addresses and location names, create a photo of each and show both to the taxi driver in Korean b/c they do not read the romanization version for English speakers.

We stay again. The location was fantastic. Only a few minutes walk to the metro, plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area. The room was a great size. The only issue was the bathroom - one of those ones where the water goes everywhere!
