"My wife and I stayed at this property for 20 nights and had a pretty good stay. The front staff speak English well enough for clear check in and interactions. "Front desk folks were really friendly. My room was very clean and spacious! Took a bit getting used (still not used to it) to the shower since the water would leak into the sink area but it looks like thats very common in hotels in Korea. I would definitely stay again."

"This is definitely NOT a five-star hotel. They should lower their rating system. The room, carpet and bathroom is outdated. Plus they charge for the fitness gym and the sauna. I was shocked that 5 star hotel does not provide a free gym access. Also as a Expedia platinum member, they give you free welcome drink but it's only for take out. I asked the coffee shop employee if I could sit down and drink my coffee, and she said "No". She said I cannot sit down and drink my coffee, I can only take it out. Another thing during the check in, I asked if I could use the spa that's attached to hotel. The front person said just tell the spa your room number. I thought it was included because she did not mentioned the price, and it turned out you get a discount price not free. Overall the service, amenities and cleanness is not met with my expectation. If it was 4 or 3 star hotel I would understand but not when it's promoted for 5 star."

"The hotel is in a hard to find location (even for taxis) about 15k from city center. Friendly staff, unilingual Korean. Good Translation app essential. Overheated room on cool nights. Huge TV screen with confusion array if remotes. I would not recommend this hotel to travellers not conversant in Korean. On the plus side very reasonable prices."

There were zero western electric outlets. Provided usb outlets were non functioning in either room. Towels povided wre hand towels no bath towels on premises. "Breakfast included" was hot water, ramen, and boiled eggs. All in all, a miserable stay and the mouthy young staffer is the worst. Not recommended for westerners. "
