The onsen was fantastic, with thoughtful details such as rotating the men’s and women’s baths daily, which reflects great consideration in the design. There are plenty of spacious lounging areas, making the hotel feel open and comfortable. I loved the art direction and creative curation throughout the property—especially the boutique shop that highlights local producers, as well as the way the hotel shares the stories of the artisans behind the interiors and details on each floor. Overall, it offers great value for money. I highly recommend opting for the breakfast package."

"Staff were very friendly. The Kaiseki dinner and breakfast were very good!! One of the best onsen I enjoyed. It has many pools with different massage points. One of them has herbal health effect. Awesome! "

"Japanese style room with tatami mats and futons. Very clean, comfortable and stocked with all necessities and amenities. Kimono, slippers, toiletries and supplies. Two public baths, both with outdoor and indoor soaking spaces. Clean and we'll maintained. All employees very polite, helpful and professional. Dinner buffet incredible. Wisd variety of foods. Slightly expensive, but worth it."
