"Very convenient for airport departure with an efficient shuttle service. Clean, comfortable room and excellent service. The only downside is that it is in an isolated location with only one sushi restaurant in walking distance. The food in the hotel restaurant is good but not outstanding. Would stay here again."

"Room was not equipped with glasses, only paper cups. The coffee machine was not emptied and we had to do that. It wasn’t easy to do. The elevator had a smell in it, the carpet needed to be shampooed. Staff were excellent. "

"This is a fine option if you just want a barebones room to crash in while visiting Milan. The staff is very nice and professional. Our room for 3 was quite small and the outside wall was baffingly banged up and dirty. The rest of the room was fine - the bathroom was nicely updated which clashed with the rest of worn-down room. Location is very good within a short walk of Crocetta station. Another plus is the fact that within a few steps is an amazingly good and reasonably-priced restaurant, Razdora. If you stay at Crivi's you need to go eat at Razdora - tell chef Matteo that Mathieu from Canada sent you (seriously, just go!)"

"Very clean. Perfect location for us as we were attending a concert 2 mins walk away. Room was very warm. Breakfast buffet included was great, everything you could ask for. Room furniture a little dated but fine. The shower was over a bath, personally I’d much prefer a large walk in shower, I have never taken a bath at a hotel. "
