You will put your suitcases in this apartment of 2 independent bedrooms with double bed, wardrobe and extra sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room. Shower room with Italian corner shower, basin and separate toilet. Private washing machine in the laundry room on the ground floor. Fitted kitchen semi-open to the living room. Full appliance: dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, raclette and fondue, espresso ... nothing will be wanting and you can always count on the owner's advice for the best addresses in two steps from the accommodation. The living room with direct access to the terrace is equipped with a TV, DVD player, library with local books and board games.
Beds are made upon arrival. Possibility of bathroom linen with supplement.

Bel appartement en rdc, trÚs bien situé dans gerardmer. Boutiques, commerces alimentaires et restaurants à pied. Beaucoup de randonnées dans cette belle région.

La location est idéalement située, juste à cÎté du lac, du centre ville, elle est baignée de soleil quasiment toute la journée ce qui est trÚs agréable. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et accueillant. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben einen schönen Urlaub in dieser Wohnung verbracht. Es hat uns hier an nichts gefehlt. Wir wĂŒrden herzlich und unkompliziert Willkommen geheißen. Die Nachbarn waren ebenfalls sehr nett. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut, sowohl der See als auch das Stadtzentrum sind fußlĂ€ufig sehr gut erreichbar. Es hat uns bei Ihnen sehr gut gefallen, vielen Dank. On a vĂ©cu un sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able dans cet appartement qui est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Il ne nous manquait rien. On a Ă©tĂ© reçu chaleureusement et sans complications. Les voisins Ă©taient trĂšs sympas. On peut aller au lac et au Centre ville Ă  pied. Merci pour in sĂ©jour trĂšs agrĂ©able.

L'appartement correspondait exactement Ă  ce qui Ă©tait dĂ©crit dans l'annonce trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©. Un garage et un parking trĂšs accessible nous sommes prĂšs des diffĂ©rents commerces dont nous avons besoin ,prĂšs du lac, prĂšs du casino ,la navette est juste la rue d'en face donc pas trop de marche Ă  faire. pour leur premier sĂ©jour Ă  la montagne et Ă  la neige les enfants ont Ă©tĂ© ravi et nous confirmons qu'il s'agit d'une station familiale trĂšs agrĂ©able et trĂšs accueillante. Nous serions prĂȘts Ă  revenir une prochaine fois.

Le logement est parfait, trĂšs propre, bien situĂ©, dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t dans le style Vosgien. Il est bien Ă©quipĂ©, vous y trouverez de quoi vous occuper pour les jours pluvieux : des jeux de sociĂ©tĂ©, des livres. Vous pouvez tout faire Ă  pieds : allez autour du lac, dans le centre ville, casino, bowling, cinĂ©ma ... Seul petit bĂ©mol, il y a des personnes ĂągĂ©es dans le logement au-dessus et ils sont trĂšs trĂšs matinal. Ce qui n'a pas empĂȘchĂ© mes petites filles et mon mari de dormir le matin. Un garage est Ă  disposition, ce qui est trĂšs pratique. Il est petit mais si vous avez une grosse voiture, vous pouvez la garer devant le garage. As advertised. A very comfortable, well appointed apartment in an excellent situation.

We spent a most enjoyable fortnight here making full use of the terrace with its large table & comfortable chairs and the very welcome garage. The furnishings are modern, comfortable & the facilities up to date. We cooked most days using both hob & oven. Mme & Mr Claudel are most welcoming & Mme Claudel speaks good English. Communication both during the booking process and during our stay was easy. The location is ideal, next door to a cheerful cafe, very close to the lake, handy for the shops with a supermarket in easy walking distance [for a 75+ man]. Gerardmer is a delightful town, in a picturesque setting, with plenty to do or places to sit & relax. Ivy & I can recommend the apartment without reservation.

Appartement conforme en tous points au descriptif. Trés trés bien équipé et bien situé. Trés bon accueil de la personne en charge de nous remettre les clés. Décoré avec gout et trés fonctionnel, nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir profiter de la belle terasse extérieur. Immeuble trés calme. Le box est un plus non négligeable. Nous recommandons cet appartement.

L'appartement est bien situé, confortable, fonctionnel et propre. L'accueil est sympathique et agréable, tout est fait pour que l'on s'y sente bien. Il est idéalement situé prÚs du lac avec ses activités nautiques et des départs de randonnées. Situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du centre-ville il permet de diversifier les activités.

TrÚs agréable séjour en famille

Nous y avons passé un semaine en famille (avec 2 enfants de 12 et 13 ans). Appartement idélament située à 2 pas du Lac et à 5 min à pieds du centre ville. Nous y avons garé la voiture et n'y avons pas touché pendant une semaine. C'est également un point de passage de nombreuses randonnées et traces de trail. La station de ski ne se trouve qu'à 2,5 km à pied (pour les bons marcheurs car il y a de la dénivelée mais sentier trÚs agréable). Dommage que le temps n'était pas de la partie.

Gite calme et chaleureux, en rez de chaussĂ©e, trĂšs bien situĂ©, Ă  deux pas du centre ville et du lac. Les propriĂ©taires, trĂšs sympathiques, l'ont amĂ©nagĂ© avec intelligence dans un petit immeuble vosgien traditionnel. Ils y ont mis beaucoup de bon goĂ»t, tout leur cƓur (et tous leurs cƓurs : j'en ai comptĂ© 282 dans l'appartement !). MatĂ©riel, vaisselle et literie douillette de grande qualitĂ©. On se sent trĂšs vite comme chez soi. Garage individuel trĂšs pratique par mauvais temps. Accueil bon enfant et trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.
