I liked the room very much and the pool. It is a bit noisy cause of the highway. It would be nice to provide a bathrobe for the pool.

The room was very accessible except for the toilet. It should have been elongated. The bed was too high. I did like the vinyl flooring in the room. The breakfast was questionable, had to heat up everything.

Beside the tick I found in my room and the fact that my room door did not lock, the hotel was clean and up to date. The front desk attendant was very kind, gave me another room when I reported that my door did not lock and when I found the tick on the bed in the new room she was also very nice.

We were there for six days and only once in those six day did we receive stay over service even after asking about it multiple times. They don't have hot eggs or bacon or even bread. You can only microwave premade food that's frozen. The housekeepers that work there have the worst standards and should not work in hospitality. The front desk lady's we wonderful and understanding and I appreciate the issues they have to deal with because of another employees carelessness. Nice hot tub.

This is an upscale Microtel that felt like a ski resort lodge, catering to those skiing Loveland. The lobby, pool, hot tub, and rooms were really new and nice. There were a few things that this Hotel could improve upon: 1) The hot tub heat pump broke and there was no one monitoring pool temperature to fix it in time. So we couldn't use the hot tub after our 1st day of skiing (hot tub was colder than the pool). 2) There is only one pancake maker which resulted in a line for it both mornings. 3) The parking lot entry was filled with potholes. Otherwise, this is an awesome hotel and it is where I would stay again if skiing Loveland.

This is the second time I've stayed in this hotel and I have to say I really enjoyed my stay. We are a family on a budget, and I feel like I hit the jackpot. The hotel is clean, offers a complimentary breakfast, has a indoor pool/hot tub, and is located right in the middle of the city and the ski resorts. We had half of our group exploring Denver and half exploring the resorts so the location was perfect. There is a brewery right behind the hotel that's pretty good and has a delicious sour beer. The scenery around it is gorgeous. Looking forward to staying here again

Rahim, We are sorry to hear you thought the staff were not very helpful. It is harder to manage some requests when you haven't spoken to the property directly when you reserve. We actually do not have connecting rooms here and we could have made that more clear or offered you side by side depending on the availability. This can be hard during busy times such as spring break and often a phone call to the hotel early enough can do the trick. I am sorry this was your experience and hope these tips are useful for future bookings.

Property is located along i70 a few miles east of the Eisenhower tunnel. It is very clean, and the rooms are quite large. Georgetown is a very small town and dining selection is limited though the restaurant/brewery next door is very nice. This hotel is a great value in the winter. I took my family there for a couple of days skiing in Loveland. Everybody liked it!!! The staff is very nice. A great place for a an affordable family stay for a ski trip.

Nice clean hotel at a convenient location. Good free breakfast. I did have some confusion with my booking through Expedia. I arrived late and the front desk said my reservation was canceled due to the late arrival. The hotel then proceeded to charge me again for one night of 2 night stay. Initially the hotel manager said that there was nothing they could do. I contacted Expedia and they called the hotel and coordinated getting my duplicate charge reversed. The second hotel manager called me back and explained what caused the mixup (new staff) and said that she had flagged the charge herself via her audit. Issue resolved professionally by both Expedia and Microtel.

There is a sign at the front desk that clearly states all rooms are non- smoking and there is a $250 cleaning fee if abguest smokes in the room. When we walked into the room it reeked of cigarette smoke. I went to the front desk to see if we could change rooms. Unfortunately, there were no other rooms available, we had no other option but to stay the night. The staff member gave me air freshener spray which only worked for a few minutes and then the smoke smell would return. When asked in the morning at checkout how my stay was, I told the staff the situation about the smell. No apologies were offered. We were charged over $300 for a substandard room. Very disappointed.

We are really sorry to see this. It sounds like it was a sold out weekend if we did not have another room to offer you. Unfortunately, even though we are a smoke free facility every once in awhile we do get a guest that breaks the rule and it can be really hard to get that odor out. I am truly sad to see we could not accommodate fixing the issue for you while you were here. My sincerest apologies.

Nice location close to restaurants and about 45 min drive to multiple ski resorts. The lake view room is absolutely amazing and relaxing.
