"Room was well set up and gave us a nice feeling The staff was my only issue. The elevator was not accepting any room keys to go up in the elevator. there was 2 couples and we asked one of the workers if he could assist us he advised us to talk to the desk personnel. The desk was dealing with an irate customer (from what I could see, she did handle it well). Once she was done we explained the issue then she had the man (the one we asked earlier for assistance) he came over to our group (now 4 couples) and he used his master key to get us to our floors. He could have saves us 10-15 minutes if he just used his key earlier."

"The location was great and felt secure for our family of 4. The St Charles streetcar runs right in front of the hotel which is a plus. Also, there was complimentary onsite parking which is hard to find in New Orleans. We stayed there twice-on the way to and from Florida-and both times the rooms were clean and well-kept. We would not hesitate to stay here on our next trip to New Orleans. The only negative (which was no fault of the hotel) was the construction happening next door. On our 2nd stay our room faced the construction and we heard them start working a little before 6am… yikes!"

"It’s a very good location and has all you need for a home base- free wifi and breakfast, small exercise room with a couple of treadmills. The bathroom and linens were getting a bit tired and could use a good scrub and refresh. For some reason housecleaning cleaned the bath but not the bedroom- don’t know why. For the price it was ok- I’d give it a 3.5 if I could."

"The front desk staff were so welcoming and helpful! They were able to provide suggestions of places to eat nearby and help getting back to the airport. The area of the hotel was also amazing! The streetcar was right across the street from the hotel and it made it so much easier to get to the French Quarter. I would definitely stay here again if I visit New Orleans again!"

"Corinna was an Amazing Host. She had an informative notebook she made to give us information on restaurants in the area & other helpful stuff. She checked on us often to make sure we were comfortable & that we had what we needed. Our stay was Wonderful! My Husband & I enjoyed our stay. I loved the fact that there was coffee, cream & sugar, also paper products liquid dish detergent & other essentials that I did not have to go out & purchase. I also loved the keyless entry, the surveillance cameras for safety, accessible parking & the property & area was well lit. Loved it!"
