"We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout."

"Excellent hotel! Perfect location, right in the heart of Genoa, staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Room was lovely and clean with all amenities you would need. We also used the pool and that was absolutely lovely after a long hike through Genoa mountains. Would definitely stay again, thank you to all the reception and housekeeping staff members!"

"The hotel was very conveniently placed in the city the rooms were clean and big enough. But the number one stand out was the staff. The two ladies on reception were unbelievably kind, helpful and courteous. "

"The hotel is located in the city center, where you can find shops and restaurants, and of course, the famous Focaccia Genovese. It's also just a short walk from Brignole train station, and buses stop right there to get around the city. Don't forget to take bus 31 to visit Boccadasse. Excellent hotel, well-priced, friendly staff, and clean. I'll definitely be back."
