"We had a lovely stay at HNN. We were given a warm welcome & everything was clearly explained. The room was very clean with air con & complimentary hot drink tray. Also a mini bar which was charged for. The beds were comfy & although there was a bit of traffic noise in the evening, it was quieter in the night & we all slept well. "Close to the main station, the metro and other public transport, and walkable to the main tourism locations. Lovely well-conserved late 19th century building. I had a spacious high-ceilinged room in traditional style with a mosaic patterned floor. The hotel lift is a wonderful piece of century-old engineering, which works most of the time - and will probably be fine by the time you read this."
