Located in Genoa-Sestri Ponente, this apartment offers a hot tub, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi for your comfort and convenience. All rooms feature natural oak parquet flooring, and the entrance includes a functional study corner. The open-plan living area has a fully equipped private kitchen, a three-seater fabric sofa, and a bioethanol fireplace that creates a welcoming atmosphere—perfect for relaxing or spending time together. The single bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower, while the double bedroom opens onto a private balcony. A second bathroom is divided into two areas: an anteroom with a washbasin and washing machine, and a separate space with a hot tub and a balcony for drying laundry. Air conditioning is available in every room except the bathrooms. Fast Wi-Fi is ideal for video calls, and the Smart TV offers streaming services. The building has an elevator, but it is currently out of service.



The beach is about 3 km away, perfect for your seaside days. There is an unassigned, non-reserved condominium parking space as well as free street parking. A bus stop is right outside, and the center of Sestri is only 700 meters away, with the main shopping street, shops, bars, and restaurants.
