Especially when it’s a very small space that is not updated at all so not quite sure what the purpose of a contract is. "We loved our stay in this apartment in the middle of old town. It’s well located for restaurants, station and the marina. The rooftop balcony has amazing views of Genoa and the apartment is well equipped with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Mirko is a great host and the check in process was very smooth."
