This is a very well-designed hotel and is scrupulously clean throughout. My room was very quiet and comfortable. I was disappointed that there was no kettle in the room nor one available to borrow.

The hotel location was perfect. It was lovely & clean & staff were all friendly! Beds were mega comfy too. The only downside was the heat in the rooms - we turned the temperature down from 23° to 10°, had the window wide open and still couldn't sleep due to being too warm.

The property was clean and the staff at check-in was very accommodating to our needs as we had previously called and asked about extra storage space. Breakfast was perfect, light and had all of the basic needs to get the day started. Small elevator (expected). There was only one functional outlet with a sort of extension chord in our room, no outlet in the bathroom. The light in our bathroom started leaking/ pouring water (probably a leak from another room upstairs) one of the nights and we were advised by the staff onsite that there were no other rooms available except for one on the first floor and we would have to relocate. The new room had one outlet and no extension chord so we had to take turns using the outlet for charging/ using our devices (phones, laptops, hair tools, etc.). The evening staff that relocated us seemed annoyed that we needed to get new keys for this room when we moved and that we asked if we could at least get some assistance with breakfast for the inconvenience, the fact that we had to ask after the bathroom in the first room was basically flooding from this was strange.
