Studio type room with a kitchen has a separate entrance.(it's not connected to the lobby). Building was very old and rusty. It was noisy as it is close to the train station. It is not a four-star hotel.

Hotel right outside the train station. Was structured as a luxury hotel but to do that you need to have air conditioning. Controls were in the room but seemed they were controlled by the hotel. Bathroom featured a full tub/showerhead combo. The edge was quite high. Keep in mind for people with mobility issues. Even I would have appreciated a step stool. There were a serious lack of outlets in the room as in nowhere to be found. Finally I unplugged the silly desk lamp to charge my phone. Also had to use the same outlet for the coffee machine which didn't work. Mini fridge was included in the room. Different animals painted on each door. Super cute.

Such a great stay! Very affordable for Geneva and location can't be beat (it's right behind the train station). The reason however that I will be coming back are the staff. the front desk was the friendliest and nicest set of people to work with; they accommodated requests as they were able and I really felt taken care of (three different people and all were wonderful). Thanks so much!

Great!

I loved it! It’s nothing fancy.. I just go to my hotel to sleep so it was perfect for me! Amazing location just next to the train station which meant restaurants were open till late. There’s luggage storage available so that was super helpful! I’ll definitely stay there again if I’m ever in Geneva!

I've stayed at this hotel many times, it as one of my favorites in Geneva. This time it was under renovation, so it did not live up to my expectation. However I hope that after the renovation it will be back to its former glory.

This is a great location to get anywhere in the city and beyond. It is right next to the train station. We walked everywhere we needed to go. Shops and restaurants nearby. It is an older facility with stone walls that appear to have noise issues as I could hear the next door guest on the TV and on the phone. The staff was wonderful.

A little gem beside Cornavin

The hotel is reasonably priced and well located. The staff are both friendly and efficient. Despite being beside the train station, I didn't find it noisy at all when the window was closed. The only issue was that the heating system made the room very hot and my allergies flared up (perhaps due to the carpet or that they need to clean the filters in their air circulation system).

Definitely not a 4-star hotel! Very dated, not enough plug sockets in the room and the bathroom didn’t look particularly clean. However, great location and very friendly reception staff.

Right next to the train station, so very convenient to get to the Geneva airport, but it was also too noisy to keep any windows open. (We couldn't get it cool enough in the room to sleep well.) Again, because it was so close to the train station it was a bit of a gritty neighborhood, but shops were very convenient (pharmacy, grocery, take-way meals.) The bed was comfortable and large but two wimpy pillows. We could hear EVERYTHING in the next room. The staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. I'd stay there again if I had an early flight or train to catch, but otherwise, I would stay elsewhere.
