The hotel is in a great location, with less than a 10min walk to either the main train station or the shopping district. The room was very spacious and the views were excellent. The staff were very helpful.

Great location with veranda at the headwaters of the Rhône. Room in a classic style, easy walkability to the lake, the museums and the Old City. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Dining and drinking options plentiful, particularly on the left bank. Bathroom a little small, but who spends time in the bathroom when marvelous Geneva awaits? We shall be back.

Classic old hotel close to the train station (10 minute walk). Jet d'Eau Fountain and downtown shopping is approximately 1.5 miles so be prepared to get some exercise. Staff was helpful with recommendations and directions.

Hotel Des Tourelles

Not far from the airport by bus,Approx 15 mins, This hotel is located near a bridge in the centre of Geneva. The receptionists i met were very polite, very welcoming, spoke good English My room was on the 2nd floor via a lift or stairs, with a view of the river. It had a kettle, tea/coffer facilities but no milk.I did find a Co op mini supermarket next to the main train station, about 10 mins away.There is a fridge in the room as well, Excellent wifi ,and the shower room was excellent with hot running water. It was quiet as well.

Fabulous View

I upgraded and my room was fantastic. Front desk was so kind. WHAT A VIEW. Only thing missing was the balcony flowers in February. LOVED my stay and wish it was longer. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed and pillows I've ever had and I sleep in about 100 different hotel beds a year!

Rustic romantic hotel. Great location.

Lovely location. It felt very french and authentic. It was quite old fashioned but that gave it a romantic feel. Bathroom very small. The balcony area was lovely for a morning cup of tea and looking over the river. Staff were lovely.

Perfect long weekend retreat

Perfect little hotel with all amenities. Bathroom was a tad small. But view was spectacular especially with the sunshine. Close to all shops, cafes and bars. Staff super friendly. There is a small lift to help get back to room after a long day of exploring. Will definitely come back and stay here.

Depends on your expectations, really good location, can walk everywhere. Clean an neat but really small, especially the bathroom. I feel good for money, but if you expect more, you will be disappointed

Decent Hotel

Clean hotel in a very nice location. It is dated. It was very warm when visiting. There is no air conditioning. Definitely 2 star, would have given more if had air conditioning .

Beautiful old building carved up into hotel rooms. Probably about as good as one could hope for. Good location close to 5 star amenities. Not sure the advertising matches the results. Still, reasonable value for reasonable price. A bit loud but maybe higher would have been quieter. Clean and safe.

The hotel is excellently located. One step out of the door turn left and left again and wonderful photo opp if the Lake Geneva Fountain. Great restaurants within walking distance in all directions. Lots of international cuisine on offer. Physically, the hotel is a bit tired but clean and the staff were very welcoming.
