Good hotel for the money. Bathroom was a bit small, but otherwise great location and very friendly and helpful staff.

This was an older building, a more European type hotel. Smaller room but it did have a private bathroom (smaller but had everything you needed). Great water pressure. Close to sites, train station, and buses. Staff were wonderful and helpful.

The hotel is close to rail station and not far into old town. it is a very old and tired property that needs a revamp. The rooms are a decent size but are tired and need decorating especially the bathrooms. Staff were friendly and helpful but had no maps to help you get around.

Small room, tight European shower, and no frills, but it is conveniently located and the staff was helpful and friendly. If you are looking for luxury, you won't find it here. But at this price you shouldn't expect luxury.

Property looks a bit run down and rooms are quite small but it is a decent value in such an expensive city. There is quite a bit of noise from the streets below.

Great stay at the hotel Geneve, staff were really friendly and helpful! My only problem was the adapter to charge my UK phone, the socket did not work and was a smaller pin than usual.

The hotel is nice , bathroom small The reception guy super friendly willing to help with anything. Beds are to soft for my back didn’t work well. For short stay it is ok.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Good location for getting out and about in Geneva. Good value for money which made the weekend more affordable. The gentleman who greeted us for our stay was lovely, he could not have been more helpful. Room was very clean, nice beds. An extra pillow would have been good and there is only one available plug socket which is where the light switch is. This was a little tricky, but, we just unplugged one of the bedside lamps and used that instead. A lovely stay, good value for money and we would stay again. Thank you.

The hotel is a little bit old but it was okay. The staff are very accommodating and courteous. Rugby World Cup
We were 3 mature rugby World Cup supporters on our first visit to Geneva. We stayed 1 night at the hotel and it excellent. The rooms we were given were comfortable and clean. The staff really made this hotel. They're English and local knowledge is great and they're so friendly and willing to help. The hotel is situated very close to the restaurants, bars and shops.

The only negative about this property was being downtown, which was great for getting around on foot, but very noisy late into the evening, I had no issues with the noise as I sleep with background noise on anyways, but light sleepers may want to bring ear plugs.

A stones throw from train station Main bus just outside front door - literally ! Very walkable Sweet staff Sweet small breakfast for 5 euros In Geneve - this is great ! Highly recommend.

This is a lovely little hotel. Perfectly located for the lake, train station and the sights. I would recommend this hotel as an inexpensive hotel in a very expensive city! The staff were helpful and a lovely breakfast too.
