Gorgeous remodeled home in Harbor Springs with Hot tub

A beautifully remodeled 3 bedroom home located less than 1 mile from downtown Harbor Springs/Lake Michigan and 6 miles to Boyne Highlands/Nubs Nob. This spacious house sleeps 14. Amenities include an outdoor hot tub, game room, 3 season room, and a large 1 acre lot in quiet subdivision. Harbor Springs has been named one of the best small towns in America by Travel and Leisure Magazine.

Kids and adults alike will love the fully finished basement featuring a game area with 2 multi-game arcade units and a multi-game foosball table. The basement also includes an egress window, full bathroom, two sets of bunk beds, a 55" smart tv, sofa sleeper and full laundry room. Fully remodeled kitchen includes beautiful granite counter tops, a coffee bar, large pantry closet, and all the amenities you could need. Plenty of dining seating between the large dining table, 4 stools at counter, and 4 person table in coffee nook.

All main bedrooms feature black out shades and ultra comfy mattresses from Puffy.

The property boasts dozens of board games and puzzles to stay busy on those nights in and just as many yard games and toys to occupy kids of all ages outdoors. We have beach chairs, toys, an inflatable Kayak, 2 stand up paddle boards, and a beach wagon to make your beach days perfect. Ride around our quiet subdivision on the bikes we have available for use (2 adult bikes and 3 kids bikes).

Fun Harbor features large grassy front and back yards. (Our yard is barrier free so if you are bringing a pup, please make sure to bring a leash or tie out if you plan to keep them safely within the property boundaries.) Perfect for yard games, quiet mornings sipping coffee or night time soaks in the hot tub. You might even catch a glimpse of the deer and turkeys that frequent the neighborhood. Share stories over the warmth and glow of a campfire in our built-in firepit and don't forget to bring stuff for s'mores!

Bringing a little one? We have a port-a-crib, high chair/booster seat and stroller available for your use, as well as dining and drinkware for tots.

New LED fireplace installed in fall 2023. New in 2024, a second retro arcade game added to the game zone! New in 2025, tankless water heater for endless hot showers, a water softening system for softer skin and shiny hair, a new natural gas grill for those summer meals cooked outside, and new poly Adirondack chairs with cup holders for enjoying nights by the fire pit!

Disclaimer: Noise monitors are located in and outside of the house to help us be the best neighbors we can be. These monitors do not record to protect your privacy, they only monitor and alert of decibel levels. As mentioned, our house is located in a family friendly subdivision.

Since we are located in a quiet, family oriented subdivision we have a zero tolerance policy for parties and dogs who are left unattended/barking. Guests will be required to adhere to neighborhood quiet hours from 10pm-6am (outdoor noise). If the authorities are called, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.

Perfect Harbor Springs trip

Great group stay!

The property was clean and exactly as pictures show. The property manager was incredibly responsive and helpful (city-wide power outage during our stay and we were never without answers from the property team). Great space for larger groups. We loved the porch and the backyard! Great spot for s’mores and yard games after a day at the lake.

Great family ski weekend!

Our family had a wonderful stay! One of the most thoughtful and clean rentals we have ever done! Hot tub was great! My son even forgot his blankie and they mailed it back for us! Coffee bar was well thought out and kitchen was well stocked! We would book again!

Wonderful location and house

The house was very nice - just as described and seen in the pictures. House was fully furnished and had all the essentials you would need. Also very nice to have a small assortment of spices available and plenty of games and toys for little ones. Conveniently located and the property was nice and very well maintained. Enjoyed watching the deer in the backyard in the morning and evening. Would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Harvor Springs area.

Beautiful Home- Highly Recommend!

We had a fantastic visit! The home is clean and comfortable, just as described. It is very well appointed. The big kitchen and coffee area has everything you need. We loved hanging out on the back deck and in the sunroom. The neighborhood is quiet and very beautiful. Every day we saw does and fawns in the backyard. Harbor Springs is a quick 5 min drive away. Book with confidence- outstanding property and hosts! We hope to stay here again in the future!

Fun Harbor 4th

Very easy to summarize when it is all 5 stars. Nothing I would change. It was perfect and had all the amenities, toys, games, etc. that one could ask for. Beautiful trek deck and spent lots of time lounging in the Florida Room. About a 1 mile walk to heart of town. Great communication during booking process and they lay out throughout the house all the instructions you need to know. Awesome place.

Perfect gathering house

Eight ladies from across the country gathered in this VRBO and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful and has every single thing you need. The hosts went above and beyond with supplies, etc. Our weather was perfect and the house was in a perfect location for scouting around Charlevoix, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and a day on Mackinac Island. It was paradise! None of us ever wanted to leave.

Beautiful home, perfect for a ski weekend!

This house is perfect in everyway! The hosts have thought of every detail and were very easy to communicate with. The house is beautifully decorated and the view of the woods out back is stunning and peaceful. There were deer out back. There was a dining table perfect for large family dinners and the home was stocked with every necessity. The beds/linens were very comfortable. The house was immaculate and absolutely perfect for our annual family ski trip. The house is 10 minutes from Nub’s Nob and Boyne Highlands. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and games. Thank you for a wonderful weekend reprieve!

Comfortable home in a beautiful area! Host, Melissa, was attentive and pleasant to work with. Deer even two fawns roamed thru the yard. Basement play area was great for the kids even the big kids who like to play Ms PacMan.

Harbor Springs Delight

Great house and well represented by the pictures in the listing!! Nate & Melisa very easy & responsive to work with during our stay!! House, yard, hot tub and the deer were more than a treat for the 3 weeks of our stay. Best compliment we can do is we have all booked for next year!!

Two families had a great time. Super close to Nubs and Highlands. Only real issue was not having enough hot water supply to handle multiple showers at night. Otherwise great trip!

Holiday Ski Getaway

The home was welcoming and in the perfect location. We were just a few minutes from Nubs Nob, Highlands, and downtown Harbor Springs. The open floor plan allowed for family games and yet was roomy enough for people to have their own space. I would totally bring my family back to stay here.

Amazing Ski Stay

Our family enjoyed this super clean property and had a blast at the nearby ski resorts. Both Nubs Nob and Highlands/Boyne Resorts are an easy 10 minute drive from the house. The neighborhood was quiet and exactly what our family needed to refuel at night. Harbor Springs downtown was a quick 3 minute drive and we found such fun boutiques and restaurants. Make sure to go to the bookstore “Between the Covers” if you are looking to cozy up with a good book. This house is great and definitely something we will keep in our list for future trips.

Another great visit!

This home and property offer a comfortable place for our big family to stay together and enjoy Michigan's fall color. The home had all we needed with laundry, hot tub and fire pit, well-appointed kitchen, outdoor games, and even toys and items needed for the little ones. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all the area has to offer.
