"We booked a room, received confirmation, and they charged my credit card. When we arrived, they told us they were sold out. We had to take an uber there, then they offered no help on booking elsewhere, so we had to find another hotel and take another uber costing far more than we should have if they had any clue how to operate a hotel. "

"The breakfast had alot of options-waffles, toast/bagels, eggs, sausage, biscuits. Cereals and milk. Grab and go included fruit and coffee. Temperatures were appropriate. Waffle station was busy, set up wasn't efficient"

"Parking was great! Front desk staff was super friendly. House keeping runs pretty late. Our beds weren’t made until almost 5 pm. Breakfast was good! "
