"Be careful what room you pick on Expedia. I called the hotel itself and asked if a a 2 queen room was available. The front desk person said there is. The price on Expedia was cheaper than what she said, so she suggested I use that to book. I stayed on the phone with her until she received my reservation. I paid a little more and booked a 2 queen bed room. When my husband got there, it was 1 bed and a couch (not even a pullout). I called the front desk this morning and a different front desk person was rude and did not really care about the situation. She blamed it all on Expedia and that I need to reach out to them about having a wrong listing. I’m not sure what’s going on with customer service these days. "
