The Space:

Welcome to your modern mountain getaway, tucked inside the beautiful Cobbly Nob Resort! This newly built cabin is perfectly designed for making memories, whether you're here with family or friends. With sweeping mountain views, tons of space, and fantastic resort perks, this cabin is your ideal home base for both adventure and relaxation.



Start your mornings with a fresh cup of coffee on the expansive deck, taking in mountain views that never get old. The open-concept living and dining area, with its vaulted ceilings and cozy fireplace, is the perfect spot to gather after a day of exploring.



When you're ready for some fun, head down to the game room for a friendly competition. At night, two private king suites (each with its own bathroom) offer a peaceful retreat. The game room also features queen-over-queen bunk beds, and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room ensures there’s plenty of space for everyone to stretch out.



KEY AMENITIES

• Gourmet Kitchen: A stocked kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, and a starter spice kit. The large French door refrigerator has plenty of space for your groceries.

• Coffee Bar: A Keurig Duo allows for both drip coffee and K-Cups. We provide a starter supply of sugars and tea bags.

• Entertainment: The game room features a 7’ pool table, air hockey, and a 60-game barrel arcade cabinet. You'll also find a 60" LG Smart TV in the living room and game room, plus 44" LG Smart TVs in both bedrooms. Just bring your own passwords for streaming apps!

• Outdoor Living: Relax in the classic rocking chairs on the upper and lower decks. After a long day, unwind in the covered, 7-person bubbling hot tub on the lower deck. A BBQ grill is also available for your use.

• Work & Connectivity: Stay connected with fast internet. Perfect for remote work or planning your adventures.

• Family-Friendly: Traveling with little ones? We provide a Pack 'n Play, high chair, bathtub, and baby safety gates for your convenience.



Guest Access:

The entire cabin and property are included in your rental, so please make yourself at home! As our guest,

you also have access to shared resort amenities, including:

• Three seasonal swimming pools

• Pickleball court

• Basketball courts

Our cabin is ideally located for you to experience the best of the Smoky Mountains. You are just a short

drive from world-class attractions.

• Great Smoky Mountains National Park: 13 miles

• Ober Mountain: 16 miles

• Dollywood: 18 miles



Getting Around:

You're here for the mountain views—and they come with mountain roads! While the roads to the

cabin are paved, they can be steep, narrow, and slippery, especially when wet or snowy. We strongly

recommend a 4WD/AWD vehicle with good tires, particularly in the winter months.



The paved private driveway has space for up to 3 vehicles and offers easy year-round access.



IMPORTANT: No refunds will be issued due to vehicle issues related to road conditions.



Other Things to Note:

• Wildlife Safety: This is bear country! The woods are home to bears and other wildlife that are

not shy. Do not leave anything with a scent (food, cosmetics, trash) in your vehicle, as bears have

been known to break into cars. All trash must be stored inside the cabin or in the provided bear-proof

containers.



• Keep Doors Closed: Please keep doors and windows closed when you're not actively using them

to help keep nature where it belongs—outside!



• Security Camera: Tampering with or disabling the exterior security camera is strictly prohibited

and may result in the early termination of your stay without a refund.

Important Information



• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods,

laundry pods, and dish soap. This may not be enough for your entire stay, but local grocery stores

are nearby for anything else you need.



• Shower Amenities: Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

If you have allergies or specific preferences, we recommend bringing your own.



• A Home, Not a Hotel: We strive to address any issues quickly, but please remember that this is a

private home without full-time on-site staff. We will do our best to assist you as soon as possible if

anything comes up.



• Security Camera Disclosure: For your safety and the protection of our property, there is one active

security camera located on the exterior front patio/driveway area. It records both video and audio.



• A 3.5% Cancellation Fee will be applied to every reservation, regardless of timing. This is due to our payment processor, Stripe, charging us that fee for an transaction.



Interaction with Guests:

We aim to make your stay as memorable as possible, and will be a message away if you need us, but our level of interaction is up to you. A unique electronic code for your stay allows for self check-in/check-out.
