Bear Ridge is an elegant two bedroom two bath condo. This condo is decorated with the finest furniture and accessories available. This the perfect condo for a family getaway. The views from Bear Ridge are so amazing that you will not want to leave the balcony! The kitchen counters in this condo have beautiful stone counter tops and are fully stocked with every amenity you can imagine. You will be more than comfortable in this two bedroom condo, each room has it's own personal flat screen tv. The Game Pavillion provides ping pong, corn hole, horse shoes, basketball and a play ground for your family. We are located only 12 miles from downtown Gatlinburg, a short 12-15 minute drive (all paved roads). Bear Ridge provides the best of both worlds for those wanting to see the local attractions of downtown and those who want the true Smoky Mountain experience of a beautiful, mountain setting!

Relaxing retreat!

We had an amazing time, saw some bear, slept beautifully on an incredible bed, had coffee with the best views, relaxed in the hot tub, sauna, and steam room. We hiked in the smokies and hung out in Gatlinburg as well. It was exactly what we needed!

Me and a friend stayed for 4 nights while coming to town for a wedding. It was the perfect place to stay since it was cheap and affordable. Especially since we didn’t spent a whole lot of time actually at the rental. Overall it was nice! Good views and proximity to downtown Gatlinburg

I can’t say enough about the view of the mountains! Truly breathtaking. The condo is very clean with basic amenities on hand. The check in process was easy and the host went above any beyond with information on the property and surrounding area. We would definitely stay here again!

Fall Vacation

The condo at Deer Ridge Mountain Resort was a great place to stay. Great location. Amazing mountain view. I would definitely stay there again. The only recommendation I have is the hosts may want to consider upgrading their living room sofa and add some additional pots and pans for the kitchen. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Views for miles

It was perfect location for me as it was peaceful and after a long day of hikes I was able to come and relax. Location was perfect as it was away from the city and its chaos which I am not a fan at all. Lots of options to hike nearby and best Zip lining is right down the street which we absolutely loved!!! We will definitely come back here. Also communication with Lori was great and she was very helpful.

WE SAW A BEAR AND 2 CUBS RIGHT ON THE PROPERTY! THE DRIVE UP THE MOUNTAIN WAS DEFINATELY A MOUNTAIN CLIMB VERY CURVY-BUT ONCE YOU FINALLY GET THERE THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR! HOT TUB AND POOL NICE TOO!

Summer pre back to school father /son vacation.

Had everything we needed. Close to gatlinburgh but far enough out to be a peaceful place to rest between adventures. Had some issues with living rm tv. Not a serious problem for us. 0ver all was just what we needed.

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was a perfect size. Had everything we needed. Only thing that was a disappointment (out of control of the host) was the community washer and dryers weren’t that great, the pool was a little small for how many people were staying, and the “rec” room area was down for renovations. But the condo itself was awesome. The beds were very comfortable and shower had great water pressure. It was close enough to in town fun but far enough away where you could enjoy being in the mountains and views thank you for a great experience

What a view!!

It could be on me but I was under the understanding it was a 2-unit building not an entire complex. Game room is a bit dirty and disappointing. Billiard table was listed but 404. Outside that; AMAZING VIEWS! Quiet and peaceful. Road up to the destination is fun! Not too far outside Gatlinburg so perfect check out from the noise. Couch bed is a bit, um... undesirable. Overall, mer our needs and a great long weekend stay!

As advertised

The condo was just as advertised. Fantastic view. Away from the bustle of town but close enough to the park and whatever we needed. Owner was helpful and had good suggestions for things to do and see. I have never been in a rental condo that was so sparsely stocked with routine supplies such as towels, TP, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, cups and glasses etc. There were some of all of that but not very much. The upholstered furniture was pretty saggy but the beds were good. We visited the pool once but never went back...poorly maintained. Very quiet and lots of parking.
