The scenic mountain drive to Goldilocks Haven ends as you round the bend and get your first peak of the majestic, towering log ‘Chabin’ (chalet + cabin) with a bright red roof, fronted with decks on all three levels. The driveway brings you to a quaint seating area with firepit, grill and games. Once inside, you immediately know your stay will be fun as you enter the game room with pool table and PacMan. The view from the hot tub is stunning, just as it is from all the chairs, table seating areas, and swing on each of the decks. The open floor-plan kitchen, dining and living room creates a venue for enjoying time together over food and games or relaxing in front of the fire. The main floor bedroom and two upper bedrooms (2 King beds & 1 Queen - sleeps up to 9 guests) are spacious and inviting, with comfy beds and outdoors-inspired décor, all designed professionally, to bring the beauty and feel of the natural setting and wildlife indoors, further enhancing the feeling that you're TRULY leaving behind the concrete jungle for the tranquility the Great smoky mountains National Park have to offer you! Yes, the iconic black bears of the smokies visit often, but give our guests plenty of safe space. We highly suggest our guests take some time to review bear safe practices by visiting the www.bearwise organization for helpful tips, and to equip yourself with what to expect.

Ober mountain offers mountain biking, zip lining, white water rafting, snow skiing, and snow tubing to make your visit lots of fun! Dollywood is approximately 20 minutes away, conveniently accessed via Gatlinburg bypass.
