This cabin is located in the arts and crafts community and is just 8 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg, 15 Minutes to Dollywood, 5 Minutes to the Greenbrier entrance to the National Park and 15-20 minutes to the Sugarlands Park Entrance. A major grocery store is 5 minutes from the cabin.

Free WIFI, a washer / dryer, iron and ironing board, and paved parking are included for your convenience. All linens and towels are provided as well as a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, soaps and detergents.

Host requires the guest to sign a rental management agreement prior to allowing access to the unit. The agreement details our cancellation policy, terms and conditions. Must be 21 or older to reserve a cabin and person booking must be staying in the cabin.

We provide a starter supply of paper products, detergents and soaps and coffee filters. We do not supply shampoo, conditioner, body wash and there are no pantry items, spices, salt & pepper or coffee included - guests should bring these items.

This cabin is professionally managed by Elk Springs Resort Cabin Rentals in Gatlinburg, TN. We provide concierge service as well as dispatched maintenance and housekeeping should you need assistance during your stay. It appears that maybe the cabin had been sitting for a while as it had cobwebs all throughout, every where and before we would settle in we had to clean up the place. There were under wear from last tenant underneath my bed, the linens, comforters were not fresh and refrigerator leaked. Large ants, knats and flies also live here. After a good deep cleaning this place has everything you need! Good luck 🤗

Maintenance wise the tub’s gasket wouldn’t seal, the toilet upstairs would barely flush, the theater room has something very sticky spilled on the floor and it had a very bad odor. Dishes that were on the shelves needed to be washed before using. The dvd in the living room was missing the remote so it was unable to be used. However the management was very prompt in addressing these things. A good housekeeper would have been able to address most of these issues before renting out to customers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here this past weekend for a long weekend. This is a beautiful cabin and conveniently located. The cabin is easy to get to and parking is very easy as well. The staff is great at checking in to make sure things are going well. The theater room is great for movie watching. Hot tub is very nice. It was on eco mode when we checked it so had to figure out how to get it out of that mode so that it would come up to temperature. Quick google search solved that issue and it came to temp pretty quickly. It rained on Saturday but the hot tub is covered so it was nice to light the fire table and sit in the hot tub with some music and listen to the rain. The pool is a decent size for being indoors. Wasn’t a fan of the waterfall as it made it very loud and echoey in the room. I have two critiques about the cabin and the first is that the photos make it seem like you can open the large garage door that separates the pool from outside and you cannot. There’s a sign explaining it’s per order of the fire marshall so we were disappointed in that. The water is warm though as is the room so it was comfortable to use without worry of getting cold. Because we were there the first weekend in May, all of the fireplaces are off. This was also disappointing as that information is not in the listing and we were looking forward to using the one in the master bath. The photos showed a racing game but there is now Golden Tee. That was a good surprise and we definitely got good use of that. It was also nice having a small kitchen downstairs. It made grilling really easy and we were able to use the table down there to eat rather than repeatedly going up and down the stairs. There’s lots of deck space to use. The master bath is absolutely stunning. The bed in that room is hard and we ended up sleeping in the bedroom on the main floor. The kitchen has plenty of supplies. There’s a washer and dryer which is also nice to have. Even with the few critiques

It's like walking into a well decorated mountain hug. The pool, hot tub and multiple decks were amazing. The showers top tier and the comfort of the bed felt like home.
