"The room was nice and clean. The front staff was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was decent and better than many other hotel with free breakfast. There was plenty of seating to eat at downstairs. The fireplace area was a little dirty with bird poop and things on the seat and spider webs around. "

"I appreciate the young lady that checked me in. She was friendly, helpful, knew her job. I never would go to any amenities at a hotel, but she made the experience comforting so I went to the bar, enjoyed the live jazz, and the drink and food. I do want to add that the young man who wè was working the bar ignored me until another customer actually began speaking to me. A woman who was working helped me instead. When I got into my room, it was warm and stuffy, the lamp on the nightstand close to the window did not work, the refrigerator was not cold, did not get a checked until the next day."
