"Overall not a pleasant experience. The first night was completely fine. After that we had little to no hot water and they “shut the ac off for the whole building” because the manager told them to do so. The room would not get below 76 degrees and after we complained they transferred us to a different room. I’m not sure why they would ever shut off AC to an entire building when there are hundred of guests staying there. The room was very dirty and the ceilings were falling apart. I paid for a king suite and ultimately got no hot water and the AC shut off. Not bad for price but would not recommend "

"The pool was very dirty for the days we were there. Had tons of trash such as plastics , dirt dipper floating, food wrappers. We asked if it could be cleaned and they said it would get cleaned. That never happened. The bathroom was dirty with no hot water for the days at the hotel. Was told the boilers were being reset. The ac didn’t work room temp was 77 could not change . and they couldn’t move us to another room. "

"Let me just say that the A/C was terrible. Had on hi and the cool air came out slow. Did not cool room enough. But of course thats something that can happen. The bed was terrible. I sank in it. I had to sleep on the very edge of the bed to get anytype of firmness. I stood in line to check in for a very long time. There were a group of what looked like to me of airline employees from a different country. No fault to the employees but that was one of my gripes. Parking was ok. A family rented their hall for bday so parking was minimal but i did find parking . "
