Très bon séjour

Avec ses deux superbes piscines, cette location est parfaite pour de belles vacances. La charmante station balnéaire de Garda est accessible facilement à pied par une belle promenade au bord du lac. Un seul défaut un manque de vaisselle et de matériel de cuisine.

Contesto del parco in mezzo agli ulivi con vista sul lago e della piscina bellissimo, appartamento pulito e funzionale ma con attrezzatura x cucina da rivedere. Da aggiungere qualche posata in più (possibilmente tutte uguali e non una per tipo,sembrano recuperate da altre abitazioni) e sopratutto fornire la cucina di una caffettiera x il caffè,a noi italiani serve. Ringraziando il tempo bello la vacanza è stata discretamente positiva.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Preis unschlagbar. Unterkunft etwas heruntergekommen. Spartanisch eingerichtet. Mängel wurden nach Reklarmierung aber sofort behoben. Anlage sehr weitläufig und ruhig. Poolanlage sehr schön, mit tollem Ausblick. Personal sehr freundlich.

Gardasee ist toll, die Anlage selber ist sehr ursprünglich, die Olivenbäume naturbelassen und hat uns gut gefallen. Die Optik der gesamten Anlage ist auf den ersten Blick ok, aber leider komplett in die Jahre gekommen. Die Häuser wirken vernachlässigt und die Wohnungen sind noch schlimmer. Sie sind muffig und leider wird es auch mit der Sauberkeit nicht besonders genau genommen. Die zur Verfügung gestellte Wäsche war verschlissen und löchrig. Ziemlich enttäuschend!

Lage schön, aber das ist auch alles!

Die Unterkunft hatte noch nicht mal das nötigste in der Küche, die Betten und Unterkunft sauber, aber das Bad mit Kalk, weil es undichte Stellen gibt und das Wasser steht, alles in allem ziemlich herunter gekommen, einige Reparaturen wären schon nötig! WLAN ja, aber nicht benutzbar, da kein Empfang in den Apartments!

Gefährliche Ausfahrt

Die Anlage ist eigentlich ganz Nett, nur fehlt bei den meisten Wohnungen der Sichtschutz, man sitzt wie in einem Biergarten. Das ist nicht immer gut. Das schlimmste ist die Ausfahrt bei viel Verkehrt gefährlich und unübersichtlich.

Bellissimo monolocale con vista lago .Piscina con isola con ulivo meravigliosa , io e mia figlia siamo rimaste veramente soddisfatte . Lago a 15 minuti a piedi o in macchina si può andare a Garda e farsi una passaggiata lungo lago .

Schöne Ferienanlage

Auch wenn die Anlage ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, ist sie sehr schön. Weitläufig und durch den Olivenhain sogar etwas romantisch. Teilweise mit tollen Blick auf den Gardasee. Die Poolanlagen sind sauber und es wurden immer genügend Liegen bereitgestellt. Die Ferienwohnung war okay, die Ausstattung der Küche nur auf das mindeste beschränkt. Vermisst haben wir einen Backofen und eine Mikrowelle, was in anderen Wohnungen der gleichen Kategorie vorhanden war. Dennoch ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Leider sehr unsauber

der check in verlief noch reibungslos. wir freuten uns auf unsere schöne Wohnung, nach 14 Stunden Autofahrt ab unter die Dusche und ins Bett....leider fehlanzeige! Das erste was wir machen Mussten als wir unsere FEWO betreten hatten war eine Grundreinigung, nachdem wir uns von dem Schock erholt hatten. Bevor wir an einen Toilettengang denken konnten hieß es: Handschuhe an, lappen, Badreiniger und desinfektionsmittel raus und schrubben. Eine FEWO in diesem Zustand zu übergeben ist schlicht unzumutbar. Heute sind wir schlauer und würden unsere Beschwerde vor unserer Grundreinigung ausrichten und nicht Danach. Nach dem wir alles einigermaßen hergestellt hatten, haben wir beschlossen das wir bleiben - zum Schlafen reicht es. aber am liebsten wären wir in der Nacht der ANreise auch sofort wieder abgereist, aber dafür hatten wir uns zu sehr auf unseren Urlaub gefreut und zu viel Geld bezahlt. Die Fotos in dem Inserat scheinen schon "ein paar" Jahre älter zu sein, das einzige was wiedererkennbar war, war die Außenanlage. Was sich auch nach unserer Reinigung nicht beseitigen ließ waren ablagerungen von Grünspan in den Sanitäranlagen, flecken von Kaffee und anderen dingen an den Wänden etc. Außerhalb unserer FEWO hatten wir 12 wunderschöne Tage in Gada, deshalb...Gada? jederzeit wieder! dieses Objekt? Nein! Ich würde gerne eine tolle Bewertung schreiben, dazu gibt es aber leider keinen Grund :-(

Rustikale Anlage

Große und weitläufige Anlage, was uns sehr viel Ruhe gebracht hat. Es ist alles da, was es braucht. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und würden wieder hingehen. Es scheint alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen zu sein. Zum See sind es eher 300 bis 500 m. W-LAN gibt es leider nur an Rezeption, Bar und im Restaurant, nicht auf dem weitläufigen Gelände. Die Ausstattung war rustikal, die Matratzen eine Katastrophe. Die Reinigung war grundsätzlich ok, scheint aber nicht in alle Ecken und unter Betten zu gehen.

Super: Buchung ohne Kreditkarte möglich, freundlicher Telefon–Service und per E–Mail. Schöne Lage, Pool–Mitbenutzung, kl. Supermarkt. Minus: Küche mehr als eng. Zu wenig Ablagefläche für Lebensmittel, die nicht in den Kühlschrank müssen. Sehr wenig Geschirr und Besteck: (3 Teller, 3 x Besteck. Für 2–Gänge–Menue musste man zwischendurch abspülen. Tipp: eigene Thermoskanne mitbringen. Positiv: Mikrowelle vorhanden. Minus: kein Liegestuhl vorhanden, auch nicht nach Reklamation im Hotel bekommen. (war bei Buchung auf Wohnung GA100 versprochen) Reisetipps: übliche Klassiker, wie Markt in Garda, Minigolf in Bardolino, Schiffsausflug auf die Isola Garda mit Olivenölverkostung, Ausflug nach Sirmione und die Felsenkirche im Hinterland des Monte Baldo

Die Unterkunft ist auf ein Min...

Die Unterkunft ist auf ein Minimum reduziert. Alles genau für drei Personen...drei Stühle, drei Tassen, drei Teller...etc. Die Unterkunft könnte insgesamt etwas komfortabler sein, aber es reicht aus. Pool ist toll...für Kinder genau das richtige. Der Spielplatz ist allerdings sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Würde mir wünschen, wenn hier mal etwas neues für die Kinder angeboten würde. Was positiv ist, ist die nähe zu Garda.Abends kann man in 15 Min. ohne Auto im Ort sein und den Abend dort genießen. Reisetipps: Malcesine (Seilbahn hoch auf den Monte Baldo)Verona (ganz früh hin, sonst zu voll und zu heiß)

appartement certes un peu vieillot mais très propre ! Parc très agréable.. par contre pas d'état des lieux à l'entrée et un état des lieux à la sortie qui laisse totalement à désirer ! La dame est juste rentrée, allée jusqu'à la chambre et est ressortie !

Bel endroit avec 2 magnifiques piscines.

Résidence bien placée,on peut aller à pied à garda par une magnifique promenade en bord de lac. Logement fonctionnel avec un design à revoir.

Très déçu par l appartement de parco de l garda à garda, confort sommaire ,le stricte minimum en vaisselle,pas de grille pain , pas de cafetière, un four à micro onde qui ne fonctionne pas normalement, une table en extérieur abîmée, une proximité avec les autres occupants,pas de séparation entre les logements sur les terrasses.au niveau sanitaire ,douche très étroite, le reste correct, les deux piscines du parc sont biens ,spacieuses.le coin poubelles est aussi à l abandon et sale. Notre impression générale sur la semaine est que les propriétaires ne s encombrent pas avec le superflu qui donne envie de revenir , ça va bien parce qu' il fait beau et que l on vit dehors

Prima locatie voor een vakantie te houden

Goede keuken en vriendelijk personeel. Appartementen zijn voldoende ingericht en netjes en het gehele park is gewoon zoals je verwacht, netjes en schoon. Is wel allemaal gedateerd en typisch Italiaans. Maar fijne vakantieverblijf gehad. We hadden een appartement met half pension als extra erbij genomen. Je eet dan je ontbijt en het diner in het restaurant van het hotel.
