"Overall this is an average hotel. Certainly not 4 star level. The rooms were ok. The bedding was not the most comfortable. The breakfast buffet was good overall. The simit, croissants, and the poğaça were stale. The building is just an older one because of the location, which is probably what limits this hotel. The staff that work the buffet could certainly be more friendly."

Despite the rain and the early morning hour, he still came out with an umbrella and walked with us—honestly, it felt like a savior had appeared in that moment. Sahel during the day shift and Mohamad and Ali on the night shift went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of, and their kindness ❤️ truly made our stay memorable.
