"We loves out stay! We stayed at the 3rd floor and we had a stunning view of the ocean! The breakfast was so good and fresh, they bake fresh bread, pão de queijo, tapioca and cuscuz everyday. All the staff were very nice as well."

Freshly prepared breakfast options are served on a beautifully set table.

"Já esperava que seria uma estadia básica, para o que estávamos pretendendo iria atender. Mas o atendimento foi péssimo, desde o primeiro contato, viajamos com amigos que vieram de outro estado e a primeira impressão deles foi logo essa. Pessoas grosseiras, com má vontade, agindo como tivesse nos fazendo um favor. Não voltaria devido a esse ponto. Por mais básica que seja a acomodação, o que faz um cliente voltar sem dúvida é o atendimento. "

"Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia! Destacamos muchas cosas del hotel, pero por sobre todo, la calidez del staff, el excepcional kids club (Vila Brincante) y el exquisito desayuno. La opción de media pensión nos resultó muy conveniente para poder disfrutar más del día y no preocuparnos por salir a cenar. En relación a la ubicación, se puede ir caminando a las piscinas naturales de Pontal do Cupé donde se puede nadar con peces. Si bien la playa es con olas, cuenta con servicio de guardavidas lo cual lo hace muy seguro, además de contar con la comodidad de reposeras, sombrillas, servicio de bar y toallas. Tienen programación diaria de entretenimiento para niños, adolescentes y adultos. Realmente sentimos que cuidaron de cada detalle durante nuestra estadía."
