Here in Valdelsa we are in the center of Tuscany, in a truly rural countryside renowned for its vineyards, olive groves, cherry trees and walnuts, yet we are right in the heart of cultural Tuscany, at the gates of Certaldo Alta, Boccaccio's hometown and 15 minutes by car from San Gimignano, famous for its towers and frescoes and easily accessible from Florence, Siena, Lucca, Volterra, Pisa and the Tyrrhenian coast. Gambassi Terme is literally around the corner and offers its thermal baths and relaxing spa services.
Local culinary delights are not to be forgotten! Do not miss a glass of good local wine, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, and delight the flavors of the local DoP extra virgin olive oils and the warm welcome of our rural cuisine, so rich in flavors to really delight even the most demanding palates.
