"The staff at the front desk are simply marvelous. Kind, helpful with check in. Ronnie checked us in and suggested a place for lunch and made the reservation for us. It was definitely a locals only type of trattoria and the food was excellent. The location was very close to the SMN train station. This does account for some noise on that facing side of the property. We had an 8 am flight and had no trouble arriving to the airport on time. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. "This is my third stay at this hotel & would never stay anywhere else. It’s minutes from the train station & walkable to all sites. The hotel itself is beautiful with a library room, bar & the breakfast included was perfect (scrambled eggs, bacon, fresh fruit, croissants, fresh orange juice, coffee…). We stayed in the top suite #601 w/ massive terrace & magnificent view of the Duomo. The room was clean & very comfortable. The front desk attendants were very friendly & helpful as was all staff. "
