"Didn't expect this much from a b&b"

"The room was spacious and comfortable and clean. When the staff was there they were very helpful. It would have been nice to have someone there the whole day. Also it would have been nice to be able to open the shutters to get some natural light. Also the elevator did not work"

"Good bnb for Florence with quiet location easily accessible to tour points. The actual hotel is up 3 flights of stairs...we didn’t know that in Italy ground floor is 0, not 1. So if you see "second floor" its actually 3. Totally fine for us but maybe not great if you have tons of luggage or are elderly. We enjoyed our stay and had no problems at all with the lodging. "

"Quaint. Feels like you are staying in the real Florence. Desk manned for only a portion of the day. If you are arriving late, ensure you contact hotel for entry codes and room key. There is a code to building, code to floor of hotel and then key to room. Walkable from train station and walkable to attractions."

From the vantage point of the roof, he explained the rich history of each of the nearby buildings. And he also took the time to show us all the points of interest on a map he provided, even examining it further by use of his computer. What an incredible man! "Beautiful area and perfectly walkable to a lot of the stuff we wanted to see. Lots of great eating spots between 5-20 mins of walking. It also felt less touristy than other parts of Florence which was great for us. Santa Croce is the not so hidden but less gross gem of Florence. The hotel itself is nice, clean and clean. Since the front desk is only open from 8:30 am - 8 pm we had a little bit of a panic trying to get a taxi to the airport at 8:30am on Wednesday morning when it wasn’t open...

"By the station so good location but was a little difficult to find. The room was huge and beautiful cannot fault the room apart from it could of had coffee/milk (only had a kettle in the corridor with flavoured tea) only a small negative though. This property is shared bathroom, shared between 3 rooms in total. The bathroom was a good size etc but pleaae be aware that you could have inconsiderate neighbours like we did who where very noisy at 2am coming in and were sprawled out very intoxicated...
