From the open plan living room, an open tread spiral staircase leads to an open master bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed and a full en-suite with bath and overhead shower.

Outside, a pleasant private garden enjoys a lovely vine covered terrace, with lake view alfresco dining set. A private parking space is provided with the 2-storey holiday home. The quaint hillside setting leads in 2 minutes by car to a local restaurant and 4-5 minutes’ drive from the public lake beach and amenities of Gerra di Gambarogno.

There a train station, host of authentic restaurants and the public ‘Pachamama’ lake beach can reached. Just 8 minutes’ drive away, guests will reach the S. Nazzaro ferry stop.

Within a 27 minutes’ drive away, the buzzing year-round highlights of Locarno, which include the picturesque lakeside centre shops, lido, falconry centre and the Castello Visconteo medieval castle museum can be enjoyed.
