"We asked for a room with a tub, but we had to wait on one, which was fine. We spent the afternoon at the pool, which was wonderful, however, the birds seem to be a problem, we could only find chair under the wood beams and the birds were sitting on top and pooping, we had to have one of the employees clean one of our dresses, because a bird pooped on it. We got to our room and it did not have tub, very disappointing. Dinner was fabulous at the Monarch, however they ran out of many items, including wine listed on the menu. At 7:00 am, the TV came on playing music, we did not ask for wake up call and I had planned on sleeping in a bit. I told the front desk about it and they had no idea why that happened and would check into it. Otherwise the hotel is beautiful. "

"We brought my dog so that was an extra 62.00. It was extremely close to the Grand Galvez which was the wedding venue. The condo is very basic with only 1 lamp in the entire place. No bedside tables with reading lamps. The small bathrooms had no flat surfaces to put any toiletries on...except the floor. Now I know to scrutinize pictures better and what to look for. It was what it was.Next time I'll splurge and stay at The Grand Galvez. "

"It was great for what we paid. It has some mold under the styrofoam under the fridge but the cost of this place was cheap so we were happy in a safe place for a few nights. "
