"Room was extremely clean and spacious. The check in was a little bit of work but the receptionist was on top of it with calling and texting. The only real issue i had is that the building is kind of loud between cars and people. It was hard to sleep. However, the service was top notch, the room was always kept clean and we always had new towels and our bed was always made when we came back from a day of exploring. They even folded the laundry I had out on my bed!"
"The apartment had a lot of space, a nice kitchen, and was located in a lively area, a short walk to wonderful restaurants, the Duomo, and parks. Lisa was available and super helpful, responsive to our questions. "The hotel had all the amenities we needed and was conveniently located. The staff is friendly and responsive. Breakfast is delicious and in a large room with a stunning view of downtown Milan. Beds are comfortable and rooms were nicely air conditioned in the heat wave we experienced in Milan. The only negative comment I would have is that the colours in rooms are dark and look a bit dated, but that isn’t a deal breaker. We recommend the hotel and would stay there again. "
