"The room was smaller than advertised. Didn’t have a much space. The bathroom was stylish but the shower drain didn't work and flooded the bathroom. Also no hot water from the shower. What saved it a bit was the friendly hotel manager and the nice beach lounge across the road. "

"The Postcard is an excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. It is literally on a lagoon with the water touching the property. The foliage has been maintained very well to give the property a serene and thick green cover, which adds to the calm. The best part of the property of course are the people. "Weird stafff who seem confused by basic requests. Aggressive manager who appeared at my door shortly after check-in to discuss ‘things’ and proceeded to engage me in a strange and circular conversation which included questioning my English language skills (?). WiFi, needed for an urgent and specific request, not working, with no attempts to address or fix this. Rooms have no glass windows so it’s very dark unless you open the door to everyone - makes the AC redundant as a result. Not good value...
