"The staff was very friendly and approachable. The room was clean but I did not understand why the refrigerator was outside on the porch. The property was well manicured. The food was excellent but why it did not have a soup on the menu. Although an iron was available, why aren't irons in each room?"

"Large studio, very clean well equipped kitchen to prepare light meals. Situated on a lovely private beach with terrific views of both Anguilla, and the Marigot square port area. Spectacular sunrise and sunsets. Good snorkeling. Breezy trade winds. Convenient to town, fifteen minutes walk to all stores and several local supermarket's nearby."

"The property was excellent and as pictured with 3 full bed rooms. The hosts were exceptional in helping us get to the apartment and navigate around town. It is important to be aware that this apartment is not at the address listed. It is about a 30 min walk down hill to the center of town or a taxi ride $10-$20. Having said that we would stay again…. Just we would have rented a car (there is a parking spot) or utilized the taxi provider from the host from the start of the trip."

"This is fantastic spot on SXM. Walk to awesome beaches - Friars annd Happy, around the corner (20 min) from Grand Case and beautifully situated for the evening sunset.The villa was well laid out, both bedrooms were of equal form and function. Kitchen had everything you needed. We loved outdoor dining overlooking the pool.The turtles and visiting iguanas were welcome guests.Thanks!"

"Sabrina was great, went out of her way to accommodate our schedule. Very neat little studio. Its on the main drag, so its loud during the day, but you are sheltered from the street view by a nice little garden courtyard and fence. Easy walk into Marigot to shops and restaurants. Pool was clean, beach was small, but fine for a swim."
